| Description |
The dataset contains information collected through semi-structured interviews with 40 stakeholders belonging to Sustainable Food Networks (SFNs) in the Community of Madrid. The data were collected to characterize the commercial and community relationships among network actors and to provide the information required for Social Network Analysis (SNA) and the assessment of the potential for implementing collective logistics strategies. The dataset includes variables describing stakeholder characteristics (stakeholder type, territory, products commercialized, and distribution strategy), commercial relationships with suppliers and customers (products exchanged, relationship intensity, transport arrangements, price-setting mechanisms, and order management), community relationships (organizations, topics of collaboration, relationship intensity, type of relationship, and coordination mechanisms). |
